APM is a full service, family run, locally owned 
and operated Property Management Company. 
We represent various private landlords, none of 
whom are corporations or large partnerships.

Owners-partners, Stan and Julie have been in the 
real estate and property management business for almost three decades. Joined by their two sons, 
Philip and Cameron, who learned the business from 
the ground up, this is truly a locally owned and 
operated family business.
